Hourly rate and minimum booking
Set your rate per hour and a minimum booking length, so short jobs still make sense for you.
Crew and truck
Specify how many movers are included and whether you bring a truck — with the truck included in your hourly rate or charged as a fixed fee.
Time by move size
Set how long a studio, 1-, 2-, 3- or 4+ bedroom move usually takes you. The app uses it to estimate the job for customers.
Stairs and packing
Add time for flights of stairs and for moves that aren’t fully packed, so estimates reflect the real work.
How customers book a move

They enter the move size, the stairs at pickup and drop-off, and how much is packed — and see an estimate based on your settings.

They choose a slot from your availability, and their card is authorized for the booking.

You move, adjust and get paid
Sort out details by message, do the move and confirm the final amount. If it took longer, you can add hours before the payment is captured.
No paying for moving leads
With lead-generation services, you usually pay for a moving request that may also go to other movers — and you still have to quote and follow up to win it.
On Tangle, the customer books you directly from your pricing and availability. There are no lead fees: Tangle’s commission comes out of bookings you’re paid for and is shown on each receipt.
Questions from providers
Do I need my own truck?
No. You choose whether a truck is included. If you bring one, you can include it in your hourly rate or charge a fixed truck fee.
How are moving jobs priced?
By the hour, at your rate, with the minimum booking length you choose. Customers see an estimate based on move size, stairs and packing before they book.
What if a move takes longer than estimated?
Before capturing payment, you confirm the final amount and can add hours. If the new total is higher than what was authorized, the customer covers the difference first.
Do I pay for job requests?
No. There are no lead or request fees. Tangle takes a commission from bookings you’re paid for.
